This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Tsunami Brainrot Escape Runner ("the Game", "we", "our") handles information in connection with your use of our application.
By downloading or playing the Game you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Game immediately.

The developer of Tsunami Brainrot Escape Runner does not directly collect, store, or process any personal data from players. We do not operate any servers or databases that receive information about you.
No account registration is required to play the Game. We do not collect your name, email address, device identifiers, gameplay statistics, or any other personally identifiable information.

Although the developer does not collect data, the Game integrates third-party SDKs and is distributed via third-party platforms. The Game displays advertisements served by Google AdMob and potentially other advertising networks. Advertisements allow us to offer the Game free of charge and support its continued development.
Ad networks may use cookies, advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS), and similar technologies to serve ads tailored to your interests — commonly referred to as interest-based or behavioural advertising.
You may limit personalised advertising by adjusting your device settings:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation
iOS / iPadOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable per-app tracking
Disabling personalised ads does not remove ads from the Game; it means ads will be served without personalisation.
Section 05
The Game is suitable for all ages. Google AdMob manages the advertisements, and we do not collect personal data ourselves. However, third-party SDKs used in the Game may collect data according to their policies.
Section 06
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Your use of the Game is entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Game following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
